We use the information we collect to:

- Connect you with your personal trainer
- Send you notifications about your workouts and progress
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Respond to your requests and support needs
3. Health & Fitness Data
With your explicit permission, our app reads the following data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to support trainer-guided fitness tracking:
- Steps (daily step count): Your trainer can set daily step goals for you. The app reads your step data so both you and your trainer can monitor whether your daily step goals are being achieved.
- Sleep (sleep session duration): Your trainer can set daily sleep goals for you. The app reads your sleep data so both you and your trainer can track whether your sleep targets are being met.
- This health data is read-only — we never write to or modify your health records. The data is transmitted securely to our servers so your trainer can view your progress. You can revoke health data access at any time through your device settings.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account information (name, email, profile): Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Health and fitness data (steps, sleep, workout logs): Retained for as long as your account is active to provide historical progress tracking. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Messages and communications: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Payment information: We do not store payment card details. Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We regularly review our security practices and update them as necessary to ensure your information remains protected.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
